Job Summary:

Vinayaka Fundamental Research and Education Society is looking for a Trainer Fashion Designing who Keep trainees informed about the latest trends and technological advancements in the textile industry, including new machine technologies and manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To follow training schedule, syllabus and timetable regularly.

2. To take weekly internal assessment of Trainees on every Saturday.

3. To assure proper theory and practical training and arrange training tool if required.

4. To maintain minimum 80% attendance of batch every day.

5. To properly fill Trainers diary daily.

6. To be assure that all the Trainees have timely received uniform and Training material.

7. To maintain leave records and minimize absenteeism.

8. To provide daily Progress Report.

9. To attend assembly on time.

10. To assure Trainees are timely back in class after lunch break.

11. To mobilize and shift 10 candidates on monthly basis.

12. To minimize drop-out ratio.

13. To motivate candidates for placement and assure minimum 60% candidates should go for placement.

14. To engage candidates in extracurricular activities on every Saturday.

Qualifications & Education:

12th Pass, Graduate in Fashion Design, Diploma in Fashion Design, Masters in Fashion Design, Graduate in Any discipline.

Experience:

Preferred to have experience in the skill development sector as trainer, with valid TOT certificate in the relevant Job role, Experience in JSDMS project will be preferred.

Skills:

Theoretical Instruction:

• Machine Components: Teach trainees about the various components of swing machines, including their functions and how they contribute to the overall operation.
• Operation Fundamentals: Explain the principles of swing machine operation, including threading, stitch formation, and adjustments for different fabric types.

Practical Skills Training:

• Machine Operation: Provide hands-on training on operating swing machines, including setting up the machine, selecting stitches, and adjusting settings based on fabric type.
• Fabric Handling: Instruct trainees on proper handling techniques for various fabrics, including cutting, aligning, and feeding them into the machine.

Salary Structure and Benefits
