Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Jodhpur back office. The ideal candidate should be a CA-qualified professional with at least 3 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide variance analysis.
• Ensure adherence to direct and indirect tax regulations, including GST, Income Tax, and statutory audits.
• Manage cash flow, vendor payments, and receivables efficiently.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Prepare management reports and financial models for strategic decision-making.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities for financial matters.

Key Requirements:

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, or audit.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Tally) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
