Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage CHA operations, including custom clearance, freight forwarding, and customer service.
  
• Coordinate with customers to obtain necessary documents for customs clearance.
  
• Prepare and submit required documentation to relevant authorities on time.

• Having excellent knowledge on custom activity (Ocean and Air - Import and Export)
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in CHA operations or related field (customs brokerage).
  
• Strong knowledge of Customs Clearance, Custom Kardex, Freight Forwarding, and CHA Operations processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
