Job Description:

Vimta Labs Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst / Team Leader Microbiology to join our Food Testing Laboratory in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in microbiological testing of food samples and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including FSSAI, NABL, and ISO 17025 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform microbiological analysis of food and beverage samples.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, NABL, and ISO 17025 standards.
• Supervise and guide a team of microbiologists and lab technicians.
• Develop, validate, and implement test methods.
• Maintain laboratory records and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies for reporting and audits.

Key Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in a food testing laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and food safety regulations.
• FSSAI Certified Food Analyst preferred.
• Experience in team management and mentoring junior analysts.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
