Key Responsibilities:

Conduct technical assessments and reference checks to validate candidates skills and experience.

Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new technical hires.
Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other activities to promote the organizations employer brand.
Provide regular reports and updates on recruiting activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical recruitment process and strategies.
Adhere to recruitment-related policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of information technology and technical roles.
Demonstrated ability to assess technical competencies and evaluate candidates technical skills.
Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and industry networks.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical professionals.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
