Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B clients across various industries.
Reduce Turnaround Time: Implement strategies to shorten the sales cycle and quickly convert leads into clients.
Promote VAS Offerings: Develop and execute innovative strategies to market and sell value-added services.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with product team to co-create new products tailored to industry needs.
Collaborate with business teams to align on client requirements and deliverables.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree from a reputable institution; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record of closing deals and acquiring new clients.
Strong understanding of value-added services and their applications across industries.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
