Account Strategist Location: Bangalore Job Overview: As a Client Success Manager at Insane, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive retention, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, proactively addressing their needs, providing strategic guidance, and maximizing the value they receive from our agency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop a deep understanding of each clients business goals, challenges, and industry trends. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests, ensuring timely and effective communication. 3. Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., performance marketing, creative, tech) to deliver results-aligned solutions and strategies for clients. 5. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and agency services, working closely with the sales team to maximize revenue. 6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track client success, ROI, and satisfaction levels. 7. Resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience and long-term partnership. 8. Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and competitor insights to provide strategic guidance and value-added services to clients. 9. Prepare and present regular reports, performance analyses, and insights to clients, highlighting achievements, areas of improvement, and recommendations for optimization. 10. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency by providing input, feedback, and ideas for continuous improvement in client success strategies and processes. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in client-facing roles, account management, or client success in the digital marketing or advertising industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and develop customized solutions.
