Graphic Designer

We are hiring Graphic Designer for our company.

Role & responsibilities :

• Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms.
• Lead the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to develop cohesive and impactful design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance the design process.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive brand growth.
• Develop and maintain brand style guides, ensuring consistency across all design assets.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in web design, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.

Experience: 1+ years.

Location : Vikhroli.

Working Days & Time :

• Monday to Saturday( 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
• Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month.
