Job Title: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and status.
4. Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
5. Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as job postings and social media recruitment.
6. Support onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.
7. Collaborate with senior HR team members to streamline recruitment processes.
8. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with MS Office and HR tools (experience with HRMS like Darwinbox is a plus).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
