Role & responsibilities

Ensure safety by maintaining zero accident.

Ensure process control & it's monitoring

Control over deviation and rework.

Review quality complaints & action plan.

Supervise and coordinate all incoming stage and final inspection.

Supervise all training requirements for having qualified and trained personnel for NDT.

Co-ordinate and handle all 3rd party /customer inspection

Maintain record of all quality related non-compliance and rework to analyze the same for preventive and corrective action.

Carrying out quality control, inspection and testing.

To plan statutory and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of ISO, OSHAS & EMAS

To plan inspection activities on daily basis

Co-ordinating test piece matching and testing (in-house and outside laboratory)

Maintaining records of non-compliance, R.R. and its analysis

Development work

Ensure zero rejection at customer end.

To ensure proper identification and marking on accepted material before dispatch of the same.

Conducting risk assessment & it's mitigation plan

Knowledge of CMM inspection / Faro inspection

Knowledge of Mechanical testing

Process & Product Audit

Customer handling & understanding of specific requirement
