Senior Manager/AGM -EHS

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for Environment, Health and Safety activities related to the operations of Unit.
2. Responsible for the preparation of periodical EHS reports and appraisal to Unit Head / Corporate EHS.
3. Responsible for the preparation of SOPs (DMS) and to coordinate for implementation in consultation with Unit Head & corporate EHS.
4. Responsible for the improvement of EHS performance, in consultation with Unit Head & Corporate EHS.
5. Responsible for the 100 % compliance to statutory requirements; CFO, CFE conditions.
6. Responsible for daily ETP; STP; RO; MEE operations, their requirements and meeting the standards and regulations for Unit.
7. Responsible for upkeep of documents, audit process and implementation of ISO 14001:2004 EMS requirements of the unit.
8. Monitoring of units water intake and Identify & coordinate for water reduction initiatives
9. Monitoring of wastewater (Effluent) generation and Identify & coordinate for wastewater reduction initiatives.
10. Improve Full Fledged RO & MEE Operations and reduce sending the wastewater to PETL for treatment thereby reducing disposal costs.
