Java/Kotlin Developer - Spring Frameworks (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Kotlin Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications using Java and Kotlin. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create robust solutions, ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of the software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Java and Kotlin to meet the project requirements.

- Code Maintenance : Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and quality.

- Collaboration : Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features in an agile environment.

- System Integration : Integrate applications with backend systems, third-party services, and APIs.

- Debugging and Optimization : Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and optimize code for performance and scalability.

- Documentation : Write clear, concise documentation for development processes, code, and application features.

- Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology improvements in Java, Kotlin, and Android development.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : 2+ years of experience in Java and Kotlin development.

- Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of Java SE/EE, Kotlin, Spring Framework, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.

- Database Skills : Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Testing & Debugging : Experience with unit testing, debugging, and optimizing applications.

- API Knowledge : Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Version Control : Proficiency with version control tools like Git.

- Problem-solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Communication : Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience in Android development is a plus.

- Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform is an advantage.
