Flutter Developer - Dart Programming (2-4 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our team, responsible for building high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate is skilled in Dart, experienced in Flutter SDK, and passionate about building pixel-perfect, responsive, and smooth-running applications. You will work closely with our designers, backend engineers, and product team to deliver an exceptional app experience.

Responsibilities :

- Design and build advanced applications for the Flutter platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices in software development.

- Optimize app performance for speed, responsiveness, and efficiency.

- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application functionality and reliability.

- Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party libraries and APIs.

- Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and share knowledge.

- Research new technologies and best practices in Flutter development.

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with application security and data protection guidelines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 2-4 years of experience in Flutter Developer.

- Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or similar role in mobile development.

- Proficiency in Dart programming language.

- Solid understanding of mobile development principles, including responsive design, animations, and state

management.

- Experience with Flutter SDK and mobile app development for Android and iOS.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries and tools.

- Knowledge of mobile application architecture, patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC), and state management

(Provider, Riverpod, Redux).

- Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with native mobile app development in Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).

- Knowledge of Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, etc.).

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices for mobile app deployment.

- Experience in unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
