Role Description :

This is a contract remote role for a Lead Java Developer at BTOSC InfoTech.

The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for software development, implementing microservices architecture, programming using the Spring Framework, and Java development.

The role involves day-to-day tasks related to overseeing Java projects and ensuring their successful completion.

As a Lead Java Developer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the development of our software applications.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Software Development : Design, develop, and implement high-quality Java applications.

- Microservices Architecture : Implement robust microservices architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability.

- Spring Framework : Leverage the Spring Framework to build efficient and modular applications.

- Team Leadership : Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Project Management : Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Collaboration : Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Qualifications: -

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java programming language

- In-depth knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data)

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

Qualifications :

- Software Development, Programming, and Java skills.

- Experience with Microservices and the Spring Framework.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Previous experience in a leadership or team management role.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Certification in Java programming is a plus.
