Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee presales activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- Lead and manage the presales team, ensuring seamless execution of projects and processes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their efforts and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Provide consulting support to customers, helping to understand their needs and align them with the company's offerings.
- Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target
- Manage and track sales targets on a weekly basis, pushing agents to achieve their targets, including conducting site visits where necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to enhance sales opportunities.
- Create and deliver engaging, tailored sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that address client pain points and provide relevant solutions.
- Analyze client requirements, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to tailor offerings and maximize success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights into improving sales strategies and processes.
