Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing overall Front Office / Administration activities for the office.
• Attending incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to respective departments.
• Maintaining registers for stationary, courier, visitor, housekeeping etc.
• Preparing and maintaining reports/trackers of vendors, office expenses, meeting booking etc.
• Maintaining the attendance of employees and share with Head office in month end.
• Petty cash management of office and update the same in excel and register.
• Maintaining office assets and also ensure that all the assets are in good working conditions with regular maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in any stream.
• Good communication skill is required.
• Minimum 5 -8 years of experience is required.
