Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Closing Team to achieve sales targets.
• Drive revenue generation by ensuring deal closures.
• Monitor and optimize sales performance to meet business goals.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance productivity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transaction processes.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and finance teams for seamless operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in channel sales & broker management in the real estate sector.
• Skills:

1. Team Handling - Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
2. Target Achievement - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
3. Negotiation & Closing Skills - Strong persuasion and deal-closing abilities.
4. Real Estate Knowledge - Understanding of the real estate market (preferred).
5. Communication & Relationship Management - Effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
