As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Vigocares business development strategy within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for reaching out to hospitals, pitching our unique value propositions to key decision-makers, and effectively navigating the decision-making hierarchy to close deals. Your role will focus on shortening the sales cycle and increasing lead-to-conversion rates through strategic follow-up mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outreach and Business Development:
* Proactively reach out to hospitals and healthcare institutions to identify and develop potential business opportunities.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through strategic outreach and relationship-building activities.
2. Product Pitch and Demonstrations:
* Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Vigocare s USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) to CXOs and senior decision-makers within target hospitals.
*Tailor pitches to address the specific needs and pain points of each potential client.
3. Decision-Making Hierarchy Navigation:
* Analyze and understand the decision-making hierarchy within hospitals and healthcare enterprises.
* Effectively pitch to the appropriate Points of Contact (POCs) to ensure that the right stakeholders are engaged.
4. Follow-Up and Sales Cycle Optimization:
* Develop and implement a structured follow-up mechanism to shorten the sales cycle and enhance lead-to-conversion rates.
* Monitor and analyze sales activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in enterprise sales.
Proven track record of successfully managing sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
Strong understanding of hospital decision-making processes and ability to engage with senior executives effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adapt strategies to meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
