Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies in the aluminum and steel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field marketing, a deep understanding of the aluminum and steel markets, and the ability to work closely with sales teams, partners, and customers. This role will involve managing regional marketing activities, creating tailored campaigns, and driving lead generation efforts to help achieve business objectives and expand market share.

Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution:
  Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to support business objectives and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales in the aluminum and steel sectors. Adapt global or corporate marketing initiatives to suit regional market needs.
• Field Marketing Campaigns:
  Plan, create, and implement field marketing campaigns, including trade shows, conferences, events, and direct outreach programs to engage customers and generate leads.
• Collaboration with Sales Team:
  Work closely with the sales teams to understand customer needs, provide marketing support, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives. Provide tools and content to help sales teams engage with key prospects and close deals.
• Market Analysis & Insights:
  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Utilize data and insights to fine-tune marketing strategies and ensure alignment with industry developments.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain relationships with key customers, prospects, and industry influencers. Coordinate customer engagement efforts to improve loyalty and satisfaction within the region.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or metals sectors (aluminum/steel experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of the aluminum and steel markets, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful field marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
