Job Description

Regional Sales Manager Role

  • It is responsible for the sale of Vigel products in one or more assigned regions or geographical areas. It is responsible for ensuring profitable sales growth.
  • It is responsible for achieving commercial results and compliance with the assigned objectives.
  • He is responsible for the budget allocated for commercial expenses.
  • He is responsible for the development, training and professional growth of the sales network.
  • It is responsible for the planning and control of its own commercial activities and the sales network.
  • He is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • It is responsible for ensuring that the Vigel brand and Vigel products are adequately represented in all sales communications, from new contacts to existing customers.
  • It is responsible for providing the Sales Director with reports on forecasts, opportunities in progress and negotiations on a regular basis
  • Understand the ideal customers for Vigel products.
  • Understand business goals, challenges and customer needs for creating value propositions.
  • Prepares and maintains the sales forecasts of the area of responsibility.
  • Analyze market trends of expertise and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop the action plan in the field and the action plan of the sales network.
  • Plan and monitor the progress of commercial activities in the field.
  • It manages, trains and guides the sales network of the assigned territory.
  • Manages the sales cycle from the beginning of the opportunity to the successful closing. Develop the sales network through motivation, advice and product knowledge education.
  • It assists the sales network in identifying and qualifying the priorities of key and potential customers.
  • Supervises the activities and performance of the sales network.
  • Supports and assists the sales network in daily activities.
  • Prepares regular reports and conducts regular meetings with the sales network to monitor activities and performance.
  • Use communication tools such as outgoing phone calls, emails, face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Works with the Sales Director to implement sales strategies and objectives.
  • Provides weekly reports to the Sales Director on the pipeline, on planned and ongoing activities, on the quotation status, on ongoing negotiations.
  • It collaborates with the HQ Proposal Department to define priorities, agree on the timing of the preparation of quotations, provide all the information necessary for the qualification of the customer and the correct qualification of the commercial opportunity

Requirement

  • Proven experience in Work Center sales, at minimum 10 years.
  • Proven relationships within industries in the market of reference(Ex Automotive industries).
  • Degree or equivalent. Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to sell products and services. Business management skills. Leadership skills.
  • Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure. Excellent English speaking
