Job Description
- Perform a minimum of 100+ outbound dials everyday to prospective customers.
- Follow up with sales officers and customers to ensure timely communication and resolution of queries.
- Persuasively communicate product benefits and promotions to customers over the phone.
- Convince customers to schedule and visit the showroom for product demonstrations and further discussions.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for number of calls made and showroom visits scheduled.
Desired Qualifications:
- Education: PUC (Pre-University Course) and above.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi. Additional proficiency in Tamil and Kannada would be advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in tele sales or customer service roles.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
