Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Blue Yonder Transportation Management (TMS) Functional Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in the successful implementation of Blue Yonder TMS solutions for our clients across various industries. This role focuses on ensuring the system aligns with client business processes and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to transportation planning and execution.
- Configure and test Blue Yonder TMS modules, including:
- Planning: Network design, lane modelling, capacity planning, freight rating, order promising, and transportation procurement.
- Execution: Load planning, route optimization, dispatch, track & trace, proof of delivery, and exception management.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on TMS functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after go-live, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Blue Yonder TMS (formerly JDA) solutions.
- Strong understanding of transportation planning and execution processes.
- Proven ability to configure and test TMS functionalities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
