About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence. As a valuable member of our General Management team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support administration and facility requirements.

Procurement Lifecycle Management
Cost Saving Initiatives - Driving to improve
Cafeteria Operations
HSSE Coordination with global teams
BCM & Yearly BCP review
Sustainability
Location update on Citco global portals
Parking Management
Visitors Management
Coordination with internal/ external stakeholders Functional leads
Premises landlord team
Global Facilities team
Hotel contracts in India
Domestic booking portal management
Rent-a-cab
Visa and Forex management
MSME compliance
Vendor contracts
Travel Desk Management
Stationery & Print Items
Fire Drills - planning and execution
Event Management
Communication Management - Internal & External
Managing location level CSR activities
Executing location level Employee Engagement initiatives
Data Analysis - for Senior Management
Reports and MIS
Vendor Management
Various drives at organization level - Transformation Projects
Employee On-boarding and Off-boarding management
About You:
Management graduate with 7-10 years of experience in similar roles
Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and other tools
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
High level of integrity, drive and result-oriented
Should have prior experience with Global captive organizations - specifically in administration or project office.
