VP (Lead- Govt. Advisory)

Key responsibilities:

Government Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, departments, and regulatory bodies.

Business Sourcing: Regular thorough monitoring of tenders, RPFs, RFQs floated by Central Govt., various state governments, and PSUs, responding to bids and RFPs, forming consortiums and teams and submitting proposals

Policy Analysis: Monitor and analyze regulatory and policy developments affecting the real estate sector, providing strategic advice and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Project Advisory: Provide expert guidance and strategic advice on real estate development projects, infrastrucrture projects in which there is a real estate development/ monetization component (e.g. airports, railway stations, metros, bus depots etc.), ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and government policies.

Public Sector Engagement: Represent the company in public forums, seminars, and industry events to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership in government advisory services.

Client Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and solutions tailored to their specific needs and objectives.

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in government advisory roles within the real estate sector, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and engagements.

Expertise: Deep understanding of local and national regulatory frameworks, urban planning principles, and government policies impacting the real estate industry.
