Vice President Discovery Science

- Collaborate with Senior Management in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.

- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.

- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met

- Analyse internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.

- Managing a Team of 60-80 Chemists focusing on both FTE and FFS projects and is accountable for the success of these projects.

- Guide the team in designing synthesis schemes (mg to kg scale) execution and trouble shooting

- Design number of steps, reactions, quality, quantity, & timelines maintaining desired manpower/FTE ratios, and achieve maximum productivity with minimum resources.

- Will be responsible for Quantity, Timelines and Profitability of each project including project estimates.

- Help to resolve synthetic challenges within the TAT.

- Manage Customer Relationship through weekly project updates and meetings and build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.

- Directly Oversee Operations, SCM, HR, Finance, and partner with Internal Stakeholders.
