MST (Multi Skilled Technician)_Vibgyor School Magarpatta

Vibgyor High, Magarpatta is currently seeking to hire a Multi Skilled Technician (MST). We are looking for an individual with a minimum qualification of ITI/Vocational in the Carpentry trade and preferably experience in a Hotel/Mall/Retail setup.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Record daily water and electricity consumption in respective logbooks.
2. Maintain maintenance and preventive maintenance records.
3. Prepare HVAC systems before school opening, ensuring optimal functioning.
4. Manage water supply system, taking readings and reporting essential metrics.
5. Conduct regular property rounds, inspecting equipment and recording parameters.
6. Keep history cards updated for panels, pumps, and equipment.
7. Ensure proper functioning of doors on a weekly basis.
8. Perform daily DG A-checks and update logbooks.
9. Monitor UPS working and backup, recording details weekly.
10. Conduct DG batteries gravity tests as scheduled.
11. Maintain healthy condition of starter panels with safety features.
12. Rectify/replace fuse bulbs and light fixtures during daily rounds.
13. Service and maintain valves as per preventive maintenance schedule.
14. Address water leakages promptly during property rounds.
15. Perform firefighting pump and hydrant checks as scheduled.
16. Monitor and maintain water parameters on a weekly basis.
17. Adhere to scheduled preventive maintenance plans for washrooms.
18. Support and adhere to emergency response protocols.
19. Conduct pre and post-monsoon cleaning and maintenance activities.
20. Ensure closure of assigned complaints and inform administrators of any pending work.
21. Complete required checklists, reports, and logbooks, submitting details to the school administrator.
22. Create, approve, and submit material indents to the store for next-day requirements.
23. Monthly check of extinguishers for proper pressure and physical condition.
24. Periodical checks of kitchen equipment, restroom facilities, and lighting.
25. Provide technical support for school events.

• Educational Qualification :- Minimum ITI / Vocational in Carpentry.

• Work Experience:- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in educational, hotels, retail setup.
