Subject Matter Expert from Logistics industry - Nagpur location

We are setting up a Skill Development Center in Nagpur and are looking for Subject Matter Expert for consulting us through below areas of responsibilities having experience into Logistics and warehousing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lab Setup Facilitation:

- Provide thorough understanding and expertise in the respective trade to facilitate the

establishment and set-up of labs in skill development centres.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure lab requirements meet industry standards.

2. Industry Partner Identification:

- Identify and engage with potential industry partners for placement support and on-the-job training

opportunities for students.

3. Trainer Support and Resource Utilization:

- Offer handholding support to trainers to maximize lab and resource capacity utilization.

- Training the trainers to deliver the sessions with 100% effectiveness.

- Trainers evaluation at frequent intervals to ensure quality standards are maintained.

4. Vendor Identification for Heavy Machinery:

- Research and identify reliable vendors for heavy machinery and equipment necessary for trade-

specific labs.

- Evaluate vendor proposals and recommend the best options based on quality, cost, and service.

Skills -

- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and practices in the respective trade.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with trainers,

students, and industry partners.

- Proficient in vendor assessment and negotiation.

- Should have knowledge of warehousing operations.
