Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, effectively explaining our real estate projects, and persuading them to schedule site visits. You will play a critical role in converting leads into clients by highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings and guiding potential customers through the decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and maintain direct communication with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present and explain various real estate projects.
Understand the needs and preferences of clients, offering customized solutions that match their requirements.
Provide clear, concise, and detailed explanations of property features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant aspects to clients.
Persuade potential buyers to schedule site visits, emphasizing the advantages of visiting the property to gain a firsthand understanding of the development.
Organize and coordinate site visits, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for prospective buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
Follow up with leads and clients after site visits to maintain interest and guide them through the buying process.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on promotional efforts, offers, and project updates.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry news to provide relevant and competitive insights to clients.
Track and report on sales progress, client feedback, and any other relevant metrics.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of the real estate market and customer needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to convey complex information in a clear and convincing manner.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation for site visits (if required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role in real estate sales.
Familiarity with the local real estate market and project trends.
