Job Description
- Follow and ensure entry & exit into respective areas.
- Review routine readings & ensure compliance as per requirements.
- Participate and provide inputs in the execution of DQ, IQ & OQ validation.
- Monitor and verify the PM activities as per Schedule and checklist.
- Review & close breakdown maintenance intimation after rectification
- Participate in preparation, execution and review of qualification protocols.
- Ensure checks are carried out for respective areas and review records for building maintenance activities.
- Ensure management and upkeep of equipments of shop floor.
- Ensure the maintenance of inventory of consumables.
- Coordinate and manage vendors, user department for plant services like maintenance and AMC, drawings etc
- Perform manpower planning and deployment.
- Responsible for ensuring initiation, review, approval, and closure of deviations, change control, CAPA and QRM related to department activities along with Engineering QMS Team.
- Review daily sheets and submit monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance to internal, regulatory, and statutory regulations and manage audits.
- Document all activities as per GDP & GMP norms.
- Identify training needs of team members and conduct SOP related trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
