B2B Assistant Sales Manager

The B2B Assistant Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth by supporting the sales team in managing and expanding the company's B2B client base. The role involves working closely with the B2B Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys B2B customer base.
• Collaborate with the sales team to execute sales plans and meet or exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for account growth.

Sales Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

Team Support & Training:

• Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the sales team to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Market Research :

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies and product development.

Administration:

• Assist in managing sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and client records.
• Ensure that CRM systems and sales databases are up to date with accurate client and sales information

Preferred candidate profile

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent Communication Skills
