ViaTerra Gear is one of India's leading brands in motorcycle touring accessories. Incorporated in 2010, the company has an extensive portfolio of products in luggage, apparel and hard part categories. We have an in-house team that designs and tests the products, and the products are manufactured at company facilities in Nashik, Maharashtra and Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We also source some products from manufacturing partners in Asia and Europe. The ViaTerra brand is trusted by customers in India and in over 60 countries around the world.


The B2B Assistant Sales Person will play a crucial role in driving business growth by supporting the sales team in managing and expanding the companys B2B client base. The role involves working closely with the B2B Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s B2B customer base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute sales plans and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Sales Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Team Support & Training:
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the sales team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Assist in managing sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and client records.
  • Ensure that CRM systems and sales databases are up to date with accurate client and sales information
