Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets through the dealer and distributor network.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the dealer and distributor network.
4. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, identify market trends, and gather customer feedback.
5. Provide excellent customer service to dealers, distributors, and end-users.
6. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Collaborate with the internal sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
8. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
9. Develop and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or tissue industry.
2. Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market and dealer/distributor network.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Education:
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
