Data Analyst

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, particularly within the BFSI/Insurance domain. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in data-driven decision-making and have hands-on expertise in advanced analytics tools and techniques, including AI and ML.

The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, build predictive models, and contribute to the companys growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Apply expertise in the Indian Insurance market to support data-driven decision-making.
2.Utilize analytics tools such as SAS, SAS Viya, R, and Python for data modeling and analysis.
3.Design and implement risk modeling strategies with measurable impact.
4.Leverage in-depth knowledge of Life Insurance products and processes to deliver tailored analytics solutions.
5.Manage and deliver analytics projects within deadlines while ensuring quality.
6.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
7.Work with large datasets in the financial domain to uncover trends and insights.
8.Develop and deliver scorecards, propensity models, and other predictive analytics tools.

Desired Candidate Profile:
A.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
B.3-5 years of proven experience in data analytics, particularly in the BFSI/Insurance domain.
C.Hands-on expertise in AI and ML techniques to enhance analytics processes.
D.Proficient in SAS, R, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI.
E.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
F.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
G.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
H.Experience managing projects and delivering results within tight deadlines.
