This is an office-based role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights, develop predictive models, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Insurance Analytics: Apply domain expertise in the Indian Insurance market to support business strategy and decision-making.
2.Advanced Data Analytics: Utilize SAS, SAS Viya, and SQL for data modeling, trend analysis, and risk assessment.
3.Risk Modeling: Design and implement risk models with a measurable impact on business performance.
4.AI & ML Integration: Leverage AI and Machine Learning techniques to enhance analytics processes and drive innovation.
5.Life Insurance Expertise: Develop insights and models tailored to Life Insurance products and processes.
6.Project Management: Manage end-to-end analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
7.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions align with company goals.
8.Predictive Analytics: Develop scorecards, propensity models, and other predictive analytics tools to improve business outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Experience: 4-8 years of proven experience in data analytics, preferably in BFSI/Insurance.

Technical Skills:
o Mandatory: Hands-on expertise in SAS, SAS Viya, and SQL.
o Optional: Experience in Python is an added advantage.
o Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Life Insurance, Risk Modeling, and Predictive Analytics.
Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to convey insights effectively.
Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and delivering results within tight deadlines.
