VIANAAR HOMES - Senior Manager - Taxation - CA (7-10 yrs)

ROLE: Senior Manager - Taxation - Direct Tax & Indirect Tax.

JOB SUMMARY : Reporting to the AVP Finance and working with staff within team and cross functional team.

- Manager Taxation will be responsible for Direct tax, Indirect tax and compliances of the Company, as well as other sister concerns.

- GST litigation and representation to authorities experience is a must to have.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for statutory books of accounts - it's tax impact both direct tax and indirect tax and end to end related compliances, tax reconciliation, consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.

- Monthly and annual finalization of all the taxes and government reporting -performing variance / trend analysis and reporting.

- Reconciliation of taxes with accounts and ledgers.

- Handling taxation audits and dealing with government departments.

- Working experience of tax and regulatory compliances (Direct tax & Indirect taxation).

- Sharing Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual taxation reports to the reporting manager.

- Preparing TDS Reconciliation, Advance Tax Calculation, GST reconciliation and other compliances for Delhi and Goa.

- Functional knowledge of Direct Tax & Indirect tax due diligence.

- Handling taxation analysis; analyzing data & providing management with suggestions for improvement Supervising the monthly book closure and preparation of taxation reports & Management Information System (MIS) Reports.

Skill set and other Requirements:

- Qualification Required: CA.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

- At least 7-10 years of Post Qualification experience.

- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP).

- Strong analytical skills.

- Broad knowledge of accounting principles.

- Strong taxation skills.

- Ability to work well in teams.
