Job Responsibilities:

• Build and Customize Websites:
  
• Develop and customize websites using WordPress and Shopify.
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces tailored to client requirements.

• Integration of Design Files:
  
• Seamlessly integrate design files (Figma, Sketch, or other formats) into WordPress themes and Shopify templates.

• Plugin and App Development:
  
• Build and customize WordPress plugins and Shopify apps to enhance functionality and meet unique business needs.

• Performance Optimization:
  
• Optimize website performance by reducing load times and enhancing responsiveness on both WordPress and Shopify platforms.

• Security:
  
• Ensure robust security measures for websites built on WordPress and Shopify to protect against vulnerabilities.

• System Improvements:
  
• Conduct audits and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for both platforms.

• Feature Development:
  
• Take ownership and lead the development of new features for current and next-generation WordPress and Shopify platforms.

• Cross-Platform Expertise:
  
• Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in WordPress, Shopify, and related technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• WordPress Expertise:
  
• Extensive experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level.
• Knowledge of WordPress HOOKS concepts (action and filter hooks).
• Proficiency in building WordPress CMS websites using best practices and standard plugins.

• Shopify Expertise:
  
• Hands-on experience developing and customizing Shopify themes.
• Ability to work with Shopify Liquid templates and Shopify APIs.

• Responsive Design:
  
• Strong experience in designing and developing responsive and mobile-friendly websites for both WordPress and Shopify platforms.

• Database Knowledge:
  
• Proficiency in MySQL, including database optimization and troubleshooting.

• Performance Optimization:
  
• Expertise in optimizing website performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across WordPress and Shopify platforms.

• Version Control and CI/CD:
  
• Working knowledge of Git for version control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and manage updates efficiently.

• Agile Project Management:
  
• Experience working in an Agile environment, including familiarity with tools like JIRA or Trello for managing sprints and tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Tech (IT) / M.Tech (IT) / M.C.A or Computer Science Graduate
• 4-5+ years of relevant experience
