Job Summary
1. Maintain employee master files, payroll processing, issuing pay slips full and final settlements, offer letter and relieving letter.
2. MIS and reconciliation of Salary and Project wise Salary cost tracking.
3. Ensure compliance to process, policies by team actively interacting with them and ensure all done.
4. Prepare and improve KRA/KPI of all team members, monitor progress, daily/weekly meetings, collaborate for improvement, and contribute to organizational objectives, ensuring organization working in efficient manner.
5. Ensure healthy working culture and discipline creating growth environment for everyone.
6. Able to quantify, measure and improve performance of Human Resources, including talent management (ensuring good human resource work with company)
7. Ensure training, feedbacks, improvements are done efficiently to maximize learning and development of team.
8. Take performance meeting of all team members, suggest actions, replacements, quality work on time and efficient.
9. Professional and 100% correct processing of Salaries and work defined.
10. Recruitment, calling and telephonic interviews. Selecting best candidate.
11. Drive good working culture in company- no mistakes, professional, proactive and work completion on time.
