Expertise in designing and developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs is essential, alongside strong database knowledge in both relational and non-relational systems. The candidate must also possess leadership qualities, including the ability to push initiatives, propose innovative ideas, create tasks for other backend team members, and review their work to ensure quality and alignment with objectives.
