Customer Service Department handles Post-sales Service Operations to meet the contractual obligations with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Attend to break down maintenance on call; ensure BOP and related equipment's are maintained in neat and technically acceptable conditions according to standard engineering practices

• Ensure adherence to Vestas standards of safety/ quality work practices.
• Communication within internal stakeholders on the damage during construction/transportation.
• Planning, maintaining of calibration tools, personal protective equipment (PPEs) and maintain all
• related records.
• Travel to different wind farms for BOP related works, supervision, trouble shooting and administrative support.
• Ensure process adherence to Vestas Installation work instructions for all BOP related activities.
• Support operations with tooling, up tower repair and maintenance /inspection expertise.
• Develop and maintain region specific technical documentation related to blade inspection and repairs.
• Allocate tasks to BOP service technicians according to their level of certification.

Qualification:

• Diploma/BE in EE/EEE with 2 to 8 years relevant experience with different levels of blade repairs or similar relating to fiber composite manufacturing/repair.
• Exposure to Glass fiber, Carbon fiber, Epoxy resin system and knowledge of different composite manufacturing processes (Vacuum bagging, Infusion etc.), also experience in Polyester resin system would be advantageous.
• Experience in service operations would be an additional advantageous.

Main KPI's

Compliances of document for EHV & Internal Electrical Transmission Lines, WTG Pathway, etc.

Tracking ongoing court case & Discussion with Advocate and Provides required Details and Documents.

100% physical Land verification when any issue arises.
