Job Description
- Drive continual improvement and root cause analysis of warranty and other non-conformances pertaining to towers
- Drive and implement solutions and changes effectively and efficiently through the Engineering Change Management Process
- Provide support to the stakeholders in implementing improvements and verify the effectiveness of improvement actions
- Improve internal quality processes of design maintenance throush making quality processes more robust
- Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively address operational cost incurred at service due to unscheduled maintenance and/or the loss in availability of the wind turbine
- Create reports for Tower Ownership Teams on performance of the wind turbine and status of root cause analysis
- Support new projects on capturing the lessons learned in the new designs and support risk management
- Having an Engineering Degree with 10 plus years of professional experience
- Sound technical knowledge and working experience with Quality Systems ( APQP4WIND) and mechanical systems design and analysis
- Experienced with the Engineering Change Management process
- DMAIC/ Structural problem-solving experience
- Project Management, data analysis & experience with SAP, data extraction working knowledge with writing SQL codes for data extraction are desirable
- Self-driven and result oriented with the ability to plan, scope, and organize project work
- Team orientated with the ability to motivate and delegate tasks
- Structured way of working and high-quality mindset
- Working in multidisciplinary teams cooperating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Confident communicator capable of making complex problems understandable to a range of stakeholders
- Fluent in English with very good written and oral communication
