Strategic Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiatives and Implementation:

• Be the brains behind the Business Unit and be a sounding board for the Business leader.
• Plan and assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Executive Support:

• Have a regular review cadence with the team on operational metrics and drive business hygiene.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and provide comprehensive support to the Business Head to get results, follow-ups on key action points.
• Coordinate with cross functional internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for decision-making.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Generate monthly/quarterly performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key business metrics.
