Production Specialist- Testing

Job responsibility:

1. Responsible for final UPS testing activity. Plan test bay allocation according to requirements.
2. Should be able to handle customers Inspection. Understand their requirements about product.
3. Conduct FAT as per QAP/customer requirements. Answer customer queries, if any. (Knowledge of all Power products is required)
4. Monitor & analyse UPS failure data during testing. Initiate action on the same in coordination with Production/IPQA/IQA.
5. Responsible for maintenance activity of test bay & load bank.
6. Maintain test equipment s, calibration on regular basis.
7. Provide product /technical training (as & when required) to newly joined engineer (Services or any other department)
