Accounts Executive

This is a full-time on-site Account Executive role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Account Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolutions
• Maintain general accounting records and assist with monthly closing processes
• Prepare and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Support the finance team with general accounting tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MS Excel-VLook up, HLook up, Pivot Table)and other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Shift Timings:

11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (No work-from-home option)
