Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Planning and Control (PPC) professional with a strong background in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in production scheduling, inventory management, material planning, and process optimization to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with various departments (Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing) for seamless workflow.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products by closely tracking production progress and resolving bottlenecks.
• Work on inventory control and material requirement planning (MRP) to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Generate and analyze production reports (OEE, cycle time, downtime, rejection analysis, etc.) to drive operational improvements.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer specifications.
• Optimize workforce allocation and improve shop floor productivity.
• Manage ERP/SAP systems for production tracking and reporting.

Key Skills & Requirements:

✅ Experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) in the automotive industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of Material Planning, Inventory Management, and Scheduling.
✅ Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
✅ Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements.
✅ Proficiency in ERP/SAP software for planning and tracking.
✅ Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
✅ Hands-on experience in reducing production downtime and optimising resources.

• Industry Background: Automotive/Auto Component Manufacturing.
• Work Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Production Planning and Control (PPC).
