Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Educational Qualification`
• Graduation in any stream (Preferred UG/PG in English)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements
• Advance Knowledge of MS Word.
• Advance Knowledge of Adobe Captivate and RoboHelp
• Willing to work with content in multiple mediums.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-
paced, changing environment.
• A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges
• A passion for technology and an ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and version control systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Creation of Product Documentation Material like User Manual, Quick Reference Guide, Installation
Guide and other guides.
• Creation of Product item Workflows, Diagrams and Charts.
• Creation of How Tos and Knowledge Base Articles for Support.
• Creation of content for Company News and Testimonials.
• Create content for various Product Presentations before launch.
• Should have knowledge of Adobe RoboHelp to create Product web help and HTML help for all
new/existing products of the company.
• Creation of Training course and tes material.
• Prepare Functional Documentation for Class Approval of Products.
• Create and update Company Website Content.
• Create content for Marketing Material for Products which include Brochure, Flier, Video, etc.
• Creation Whats New in this Release document during the launch o a Product version release.
• Record Product Computer Based Training Videos in Adobe Captivate.

Interview/Selection Process
The interview process will be conducted in an offline mode. Applicants are required to personally visit our
office in Mohali, Punjab.
