Senior React.js Engineer - Redux (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Engineer to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a distributed environment and is comfortable working within the UK time zone. You will be a key contributor to our frontend development efforts, working on exciting projects and collaborating with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and designers.

Responsibilities :

- Implement frontend components and features using React and Redux/RTK Query.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop reusable React components to enhance development efficiency.

- Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Develop comprehensive unit tests for frontend components and features.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Ensure high performance and accessibility standards across all frontend applications.

- Follow CI/CD development best practices. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

- Adapt to time zone differences and maintain effective communication with the team.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.

- Proficiency in Redux and state management concepts.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

- Experience with TypeScript.

-Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.

- Experience working with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Knowledge and experience implementing accessibility standards and guidelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and autonomously.

- Comfortable working off-hours and adapting to time zone differences.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc.

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Go.

- Experience integrating with GraphQL.
