Technical Architect - Identity & Access Management (7-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect / Technical Lead will oversee ensuring a high level of quality in the design and -implementation of the solutions, including the understanding of the requirements, helping the development team to perform the customizations in the most efficient way.

- When needed, it will be required to build PoCs and participate in architecture meetings with IAM Engineers to contribute to the design of future solutions.

- Another main task will be to document and provide architecture designs to the development team to successfully achieve the required customization under the highest standards from a performance, security and compliance perspective, keeping the solutions as simple as possible within the limits existing in the product, minimizing the need of external programs or solutions.

Technical Experience :

- Deep knowledge on most of the IAM technologies used within the enterprise such as AD, Azure AD, Public Cloud platform, Workday, SAP, REST, Webservices etc.

- Extremely important to have demonstrated experience working with Saviynt EIC with minimum 4 years of experience playing an architectural role.

- Demonstrated expertise on the main connectors and capabilities provided by the Identity tool, with special focus on, Joiners/Movers/Leavers processes and the implementation of them, as well as experience with the connectors available (REST, Web Services, SAP, Salesforce, Workday..).

- Deep understanding of Saviynt architecture, with proven experience setting up Saviynt for Saviynt connectors, SoD analysis, Role mining, Rulesets, provisioning, task management, systems, endpoints, workflows, analytics and familiar with all the features available and close contact with product team to be aware of the upcoming features in advance

- Capable of understanding the business requirements, able to design and architect solutions that should be compliant with Richemont security practices leveraging industry standards for that.

- Working in an agile environment, it should well know how to run Agile projects, as well as using tools like Jira & Confluence, working closely with our Scrum Master, ensuring that the backlog for the team is properly fulfilled and have enough details to ensure the technical team can understand the tasks required and complete them properly.

- Deep knowledge on using Postman/Soap UI and in general, broad API experience.

- Capable of build optimal SQL queries (MySQL 8.0).

- Experience working with Java and managing JSONs.

- Team player and strong service attitude to support the team when needed.

- Working knowledge on systems well-known and heavily used in the industry like Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, SAP, Workday, Salesforce.

- Knowledge of other programming languages like .NET, Powershell or NodeJS will be very appreciated.
