Position Title : Teamcenter Technical Architect
Professional Experience : Overall 12+ years of experience in the field of Engineering ,Relevant PLM, Teamcenter Implementation, AWC & CAD Integration, SAP, MES & Data Migration - (10+ years Exp.)
Location: Pune & Bengaluru
Role Architect ( As per CAF) :
Must Have :
Technical Skills :
- Experience working with Teamcenter Unified/Teamcenter Engineering with client-server architecture in 2-tier and 4-tier environments in various infrastructure components like Teamcenter server, Active Workspace Client (AWC), Rich client, Thin client (Web), and different CAD Integrations installation and maintenance in both pre-Production and Production servers
- Experience working with design of BOM, EBOM, MBOM and BOP for Business using Teamcenter and integrated applications
- Experience with ITAR Security requirements related to System environment access in pre-production and Production environments.
- Experience handling major Teamcenter upgrade projects like Tc 10 to 11 OR Tc 12 to Tc13, et and Active Workspace 6.3
- Experience using DevOps pipelines for deployment and maintenance
- Teamcenter E2E implementation and its integration with CAD, ERP and other upstream and downstream applications
- Teamcenter Development using ITK, RAC, SOA and AWC customization
- Strong knowledge of Change Management, Configuration Management, Document Management License management processes and their enablement using Teamcenter
- Teamcenter Template extension and data model definition using BMIDE, Product Structure including rules, relationships and constraints
- TC- Active Workspace(AWC) configuration & Customization
- Programming language- C, C++ & Batch scripting
- PLM- Teamcenter Configuration of Variant rule, Product configurator, Teamcenter various module expertise like- Oraganization, Project, Access manager, Structure/Multi-Structure, Workflow, Classification, MPP, etc.
- Solid understanding and proven experience in requirements definition and use case, workflow and data modelling
- Good understanding of Teamcenter FMS, Dispatcher, Visualition, Indexer components
- Understanding of Teamcenter patching, Upgrade, Cloning and Migration concepts.
Responsibilities :
- Defines and develops technical architecture for the company's PLM system.
- Creates and implements PLM System architecture.
- Co-ordinate with the Development Team to get the required package builds for deployment.
- Co-ordinate with Database Team for Teamcenter database configuration and issue resolution
- Co-ordinate with other teams like the hardware support team, network team, and Linux teams for any application failures or issues
- Collect the Detailed Design Requirement from Solution Architect and Prepare Technical and functional specification document corresponding to the requirements
- Collaborate with Developers and guide them for the technical implementation for the requirements
- Provide support of existing applications and services provided Investigate and troubleshoot problems
- Collaborate with business units and team members to determine root cause and appropriate functional solutions
- Collaborate with other architects like Technical Architect, Business key users (architects) and infra architect to realize the requirements to Solutions
- Help Demand/Problem/Change manager in estimations of efforts
- Help Scrum master/Release Manager to ensure timely delivery of Solution
