Finance Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Finalization and consolidation of accounts as per Indian GAAPs

2. Coordinating Audits

3. Accounts payable, Accounts receivables monitoring

4. Fixed Assets and GL ownership

5. Treasury functions

6. Month End, Quarter end, Year End closing

7. Review expenses from time to time

8. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting

9. Supporting MIS team

10. Establish Policies and Procedures

11. Monitoring Internal Controls

12. Timely filing of tax returns

13. Ensure compliance

14. Timely reconciliations sign off

15. Manage the team of 4-5 people

Job Details:

1. Controllership

• Streamlining controls over Accounts Payable processes, Booking, payments and reconciliations
• Drive enhancement in Employee Claims/advances- process Review and approve all expense statements in system after ensuring that they are raised in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Treasury Functions-Cash and Bank and Responsible for monthly Cash flow, Bank Reconciliation, Responsible for Treasury reporting
• Responsible for finalization of consolidation of accounts as per Indian GAAPs
  Audit Monitoring: Preparation of Audit schedule, handling audit related queries. Ensuring timely completion of audits & submission of periodic accounts/ reports in time
• Month End Closing/ Year End closing
• Fixed Asset accounting
• Responsible for tracking all indirect purchase orders
• Responsible for maintaining Vendor master/employee master/customer master etc.
• Adept at handling day to day activities in Co-ordination with internal / external departments for ensuring smooth business operations
• To provide support in ensuring high standards of compliance.
• Ownership of GL- Scrutiny of all ledgers related to BS & PL, Reconciliation of all GL heads on monthly basis and maintaining the hygiene and quality of schedules on month to month.
• To Provide support to Internal and external Stakeholders, Ensuring timely payments and response to their queries
