Job Overview:
At Verma Industries we are looking for highly motivated **PROJECT ENGINEER** who is responsible for the planning, designing, and managing construction projects such as roads & bridges. They work with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
•        Planning and design: Develop and review project plans, reports, presentations and blueprints.
•        Collaboration: Collaborate with application teams to solve technical issues.
•        Quality Assessment: Conduct quality control assessments and implement improvements.
•        Construction management: Manage site inspections, monitor construction progress, and address technical issues.
•        Documentation: Analyze data and ensure accurate project documentation.
•        Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and government agencies.
•        Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
•        Cost and schedule: Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
•        Contractor management: Negotiate, manage, and prepare compensation for contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
a) Education: Bachelors degree/Diploma in engineering (Civil, Technical etc.)
b) Experience: Min. 4 to 6 years or proven track record of success, ideally within the relevant industry segments.
c) Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of products, applications, and technical specifications or in relevant engineering disciplines.
d) Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers
e) Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain strong customer relationships.
f) Market Awareness: Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and key market players.
